There is an indoor heated swimming pool, coin-operated sauna, outdoor tennis court, play area, mini golf, football goals, and table tennis room, 365 days a year. The pool and sauna are available on a pre-bookable basis as well as having communal swimming times. The children’s play area is equipped with swings, mini adventure course and slide, and are set in a beautiful meadow with communal barbecues and benches to enjoy the far reaching views of Tenby and the surrounding countryside.
Picnic tables feature to the front and rear of the property for you to enjoy lazy summer days. The cottage has ample on-site private parking, including electric car charging facilities.
The Cottage
The compact open plan lounge comes with leather sofas, a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a log burner style electric fire. It lead to the dining conservatory with seating for six. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full size single oven/grill, electric hob, under counter fridge with ice box. The bathroom is located off the downstairs hall way and has a bath with electric shower over. A washing machine is also provided in the hall way cupboard. The back door opens out onto the meadow and children’s play area. The front stable door opens onto the village green.
The cottage has its own broadband WiFi and TV, and access to ample on-site private parking.
